LEGAL INFORMATION

Terms of use

Terms governing the website, extension, and ContextPack license.

Last updated: September 7, 2026

1. Acceptance

These terms form an agreement between you and Elevium Studio for your use of ContextPack. By installing, accessing, or using the product, you agree to these terms and applicable laws.

2. The service

ContextPack is a browser extension that organizes pages, selected passages, and research into context packages. The product is not an artificial intelligence service, does not guarantee the accuracy of responses generated by third parties, and does not bypass authentication, paywalls, or access controls.

3. License

We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software lawfully. A lifetime Pro license means access, for one payment, to the local features included in the purchased plan while the product remains available and compatible. Future services with recurring costs may be sold separately.

4. Acceptable use

You are responsible for the pages you access and the content you process. Do not use ContextPack to violate copyright, privacy, contracts, security measures, or laws; distribute malware; extract data abusively; or obtain content you are not lawfully allowed to access.

5. Content and third parties

You retain your rights to processed content. Websites, AI assistants, browsers, knowledge platforms, and other integrated services belong to third parties and have their own rules. Review those rules before sharing information.

6. Purchases

Purchases are processed by Paddle, our authorized reseller and Merchant of Record. The final price, tax, currency, receipt, and available payment methods are shown at checkout. By completing a purchase, you also accept Paddle's applicable terms.

7. Updates and availability

We may fix, update, remove, or add features to maintain the product's security, compatibility, and quality. We do not promise uninterrupted operation with every website, browser, or third-party service.

8. Warranties and liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ContextPack is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee that every page can be extracted or that generated content will be complete. Review files and AI responses before making decisions. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

9. Suspension

We may suspend a license in cases of fraud, improper chargebacks, unauthorized credential sharing, or material breach of these terms, subject to applicable mandatory rights.

10. Changes and contact

We may update these terms and provide notice of material changes when required. Questions may be sent to support@eleviumstudio.com.
